Going with a postmodern theme, this building is an interesting design palette in Gurgaon. Mixed use architecture has been incorporated to cut the carbon footprint of the building. The structural steel can reflect the flexibility of the construction process and represent the quality of the truth to materials. It consists of a basement parking with provision for stackable parking. The NE side is decorated with curtain glass so that the onlookers can enjoy the view. A metal perforated jaali has been installed to shield the Services of the Building. A remarkable feature of this building is the Car lift for the user in his personal ways.
